Ikazuchi Dojo Virtual Training DVD Subscription Terms and Conditions:

By subscribing to this product, you agree that you will be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and the terms and provisions incorporated herein by reference.

Subscription Fees: The Virtual Training program is a prepaid subscription based service. Each month your card will be charged $19.95 plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges and you will be sent a new DVD. Alternatively, you may prepay for a one year membership for $195 plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Annual subscriptions may be paid by credit card, or by sending a check to Ikazuchi Dojo (contact info @ www.ikazuchi.com). Prepaid subscription fees will not be refunded

Electronic Funds Agreement: You hereby authorize the bank or credit card issuer to make payment of subscription fees in the manner indicated. This authorization for automatic payments will remain in effect until you provide Ikazuchi Dojo with alternative payment information or this Agreement is cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@ikazuchi.com with a cancellation request from the email address used to establish your account . Prepaid subscription fees will not be refunded. All applications are subject to review. Ikazuchi Dojo reserves the right to request additional information, to reject any application or to cancel any subscription at any time without cause by notice to you. If the Dojo cancels your subscription, you will remain liable for payment of dues for periods prior to the effective cancellation date and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to conduct or activities through the date of such cancellation.

DVD Format: This DVD series is currently issued in DVD-R format. Please make sure your DVD player can read this format before signing up for the series. If you are not sure, email info@Ikazuchi.com for assistance.

Troubleshooting: If the DVD does not play properly in your DVD player, check to make sure your DVD player is compatible with the DVD-R format (see DVD Format section above). If your DVD player is DVD-R compatible, please email info@ikazuchi.com and list the brand and model number of your DVD player, your name, and a description of the problem.

If the disc is determined to be defective, we will send you a new disc immediately. In addition to a new DVD, the package will contain a pre-addressed and stamped envelope. Please return the defective disc to us in this envelope within 30 days. If you don’t return the disc within 30 days, you will be charged for the additional DVD.
